Excellent hotel, only spoiled by a couple of key factors. 1. Don’t ask for an extra $50 to “let us in the room two hours early”. If the room is ready, give us the room. We PAID for it already. 2. Don’t have a “9am on the dot” style clean up of breakfast. 9am cutoff is often too early for people on vacation. 3. If you are offering breakfast, don’t run out of items. Other than that, an excellent stay

The staff of the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. It was impossible to boost the temperature in the room even after the front desk was notified. There was an offer to move us to another room, but the chill could be endured on our short visit. We managed with the limited breakfast. The hotel is extremely convenient, but one could question the relatively high end price.
