Expensive room with limited facilities for the price charged, e.g. no room safe, no refrigerator, very dark room, no ice machines on floors (have to go to reception), extortionate $62 a day valet parking (I parked elsewhere) plus high resort fee (for nothing extra, as usual). Very poor value.

I originally booked The Oxford for it's proximity to Union Station since I would be using public transportation during my trip, but I couldn't have been happier with The Oxford! There was a tiny hiccup, but the front desk took care of things immediately! The history of the hotel, it's attention to detail, and the amazing "continental" breakfast was so very special! I'm looking forward to returning both for a romantic weekend away and for a family trip. You will not be disappointed!

We always like staying here and it's usually reasonably priced but they were gouging people this weekend due to a conference that was in town. Rooms were 3x more expensive than normal. Probably won't stay here again because of it.

Lovely historic hotel with spacious, quiet rooms, and comfortable beds. Stayed for one night on our way north. There are evening events such as alcohol tastings in the lobby area and a small free breakfast. We also received a small bottle of wine as part of our online booking which was a nice touch.

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL. The staff was very friendly. Very convenient to Union Station. The restaurant on the property, the Urban Farmer, was OUTSTANDING!!!!

Very convenient location! Valets were super friendly - front desk staff was hit or miss in terms of friendliness. I was surprised at how filthy the windows and window blinds were- they were literally caked with dust and dirt. There was also an empty can under our nightstand from a previous guest. Some more attention could be given to housekeeping.

We loved staying at this historic hotel. I had such charm and grace to it. It was close to everything we needed and wanted to do. 5 minute walk to Union Station made it so easy to get to and from the airport. The free bourbon tasting was great and the complimentary transportation via Lyft within a 2 mile radius was an unexpected perk. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.
Bed was very comfortable and room was lovely
Loved the historic charm to the rooms. No mini fridge or microwave, but I didn't expect one either.
Lovely period decor on the lobby landing. Very quaint.
So close to Union Station, made it so easy to get back and forth from the airport
