First of all, I wanna say the staff was horrible. Not only did they call my wife handicapped, but they said that she couldn't talk to my wife because she was slow. Then they told us that we could not rent there no more, because we had a dirty towel. And they claimed it was a sheet, said that our animals soiled it when it was a cool aid that spilt, we cleaned up our own mess, and they still charged us and did not rent to us after I confronted the manager on talking down on my wife, my wife had just suffered a death in the family, and wasn't really in the mood to talk to anyone and she called me Wife.\nSlow for that

The front desk staff are GREAT, average clean room but comfy and quiet, especially given there is an second floor. Hallway, well I suppose the traffic would be to blame for their awful habits. Major problem: Dog People of small dogs DO NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR POOPIES!! Otherwise for the cost and element of this Motel, it is a bit above average, especially the Front Desk, they are incredible for the job they have

The drain to the bathtub had been disabled, which was very disappointing after a 15 hour drive. Otherwise, the room was just fine.

I thought since this Super 8 is by Wyndham it would have been a lot better than it is. Wyndham needs to remove their name from this place. I typically stay at places with there name on it because they are reasonably priced and not a dump. This place is a sh*t hole. The front desk staff ignored us so she could finish her stuff and clock out. Told us several times that the other girl will be up here shortly and left. After a few minutes she came back up to the front desk and ask us if we are just checking in and we said yes. I guess I can check you in and work over my scheduled time. She has horrible customer service skills. I was afraid to sleep on the bed due to the fear of bed bugs. The client's they allow to stay and live there are all sketchy looking.

The hotel and rooms smelled bad. Like stale smoke and pool mildew. In addition, both nights children ran up and down the hallway, made noise in their rooms, and banged on the walls. The Saturday of the stay, they started this at midnight.
