No waffles, fruit or juice. Muffins and cereal was all. 7 am and very limited. Mix up on reservations. Reservations were supposed to be october twelfth leaving monday the thirteenth, but they were in the system for the thirteenth, leaving the fourteenth. That reservation was canceled upon arrival and the room was paid for in cash. But I was still build money taking out of my account for $90. And that's not what it was supposed to be. I paid $68 for the room cash and I need that $90. Put back on my card as soon as possible. Have tried to reach someone to speak to? And all I get, is that damn AI? Which is a crock of crap. I need this fixed quickly please.
