Only 10 minutes away from downtown Denver and 5 minutes from the Cherry Creek shopping center full of eateries and boutiques.
This home is 100% for guest use and has only a shared laundry space.

Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, no pets, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.
