Had an issue with booking, date changed before submitting. The man at the desk helped me out tremendously. As far as the room goes, I think it was the best hotel bed I’ve slept on in a very long time!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Temperature consistency from one side of the room to the other (external window side to internal door side) was more extreme than other hotels we have stayed at. check-in and room was good, however I switched rooms and that was not communicated to the overnight front desk lady. She had no name tag..it wasnt showing I was a guest in the hotel...I guess walking out of the elevator, with room key wasnt enough. Get responsible people working your front desk. she also teied to tell me the guy who checked me in "didnt make a copy of my ID...when I saw him making a copy right jn front of my face
