The hvac unit was so loud even on auto that we had to turn it off completely in order to sleep. Then of course there was no fresh air. Breakfast adequate but as usual the hot water provided is put in a coffee urn so not able to have decent tea unless you want it coffee flavored

The service was phenomenal, very professional & attentive staff! My problem was with the room itself, the carpets and upholstery need an upgrade. They are in terrible shape and looked dirty. The walls need a paint job. The room gave worn out vibes & that was disappointing.

The staff was great. The bathroom door had to be propped open with the trashcan or it would swing shut. The breakfast was terrible in my opinion. Bad sausage, bad gravy and tasteless scrambled eggs.

Room was spacious and clean. Mattress was a bit sunken and wish it was firmer. The blankets and sheets were soft and very comfortable. I requested for more pillows which was provided. Breakfast was ok, i liked the juice selection the most. Chilled water with lemon was a nice touch for me.
