Property is run down and in need of a remodel. It was an OK stay, but not as nice as other La Quinta properties that I have stayed at. Breakfast was just OK, nothing to rave about.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, and the A/C worked great. The views aren't what you'd typically picture when you think of Colorado, but that wasn't why I chose this location. I needed a last-minute place to stay and decided to take a chance on it. The rates were great, and it had all the amenities I needed. I spent most of my time in Golden, which was only a short drive away. Overall, it was a convenient, simple, and perfectly comfortable place to stay.
