Staff and building in general has an excellent vibe. Shannon was especially when the early check in explain a no pet policy which was different that the Hotels.com website. Her reassurances the day before check in and her greeting is at the door made it feel like home. Buck loved his dog treats. Thanks again!

The hotel was updated and in good shape, excluding the elevator. It could use some work. The airport shuttle did finally show up but nearly left one of our bags at the other hotel it dropped off at. I'm glad I got up to make sure or it would have drove off with my wife's suitcase sitting on the sidewalk.
