The staff wasnt overly friendly but efficient. The hallways were dark and in need of vacuuming. The heater was very loud and woke is up everytime it went off. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were sweet like they accidentally used sugar instead of salt

My bed felt lopsided. You can tell they have not flipped the mattress or rotate them. One part of the bed. It was firm, and the other side was nearly caved in.

Hotel staff were not very friendly and made quite a few snarky comments upon arrival. Hotel room didn’t get cleaned once during our four day stay. Breakfast was the exact same everyday. Hotel keys never worked so we had to get new ones every day and the layout of the hotel is terrible so it’s a very long walk around to get to the front. There’s limited access to get in the building and parking is far and few between. Not one to usually make bad reviews but this was not great.

Stayed here because it’s the cheapest hotel near the airport, but honestly the experience was terrible. The shuttle driver didn’t help with my bags yet I still ended up tipping. The room had bed bugs and dirty blankets. Staff weren’t friendly or willing to help. I didn’t complain at the time because I was exhausted, but this really needs improvement

Our stay was only a few hours due to an early flight, but several serious issues occurred. The hotel’s system was down at check-in, and the clerk asked me to handwrite all of my personal and credit card information on paper for later entry. A short time after we went to sleep, another guest used a key that had been issued to them and opened our room door. The clerk later said it was a room number mix-up during the manual process. He apologized, but being walked in on in the middle of the night was extremely unsettling, and we ended up leaving early. I’ve contacted the property directly because these issues seemed more like procedural failures than staff misconduct, but the experience was not safe or comfortable.
