Convenient place to stay!

Light was out in bathroom so with only one light there it was a bit dark. The shower wasn’t draining properly but eventually did drain. The staff was nice and the room was nice! Convenient place to stay and right next to Ruby Tuesdays!

Unfortunately, the AC gave out at midnight. Was transferred to another room with a promise of a discount which I never received. Some weirdo pushing political agendas during breakfast making an elderly couple upset and made me uncomfortable. Not sure I would like to stay here again.

This place was a serious dump. The staff was very unaccomidating, the ice machine on my floor wasnt working and the front desk staff suggested I go to the first floor. The tv remote in my room didnt work well and the room itself was very out of date which went along with the rest of the facility. I would never recommend this location to anyone ever.

airport shuttles are unreliable. they don’t come on time, we had to wait for so long for the shuttle to come pick us up at the airport. And when I had totake the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, I had to wait 45 minutes and when the time comes the shuttles and receptionist didn’t even inform us that they’re coming or leaving. They just left us hanging without any warning although I asked two times about when the shuttle is coming. I’m so upset because the airport shuttles are the only reason why I booked this hotel. Customer service need to be evaluated.

The receptionist could only have been less friendly if she stabbed me in the neck. No friendly greeting if I received one at all. No smile. In a service industry her presentation was absolutely unacceptable. In addition our door keys took numerous swipes to work.
