Fun in Denver

I was very happy with my choice of staying at Kasa. Clean, convenient, reasonably priced, great location. I recommend and would definitely stay here again. The only issues we encountered were cheap toilet paper….a little trouble with one of the toilets, and an unpleasant odor in our hallway for a couple of days. Otherwise everything else was great! Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to visit the pool, rooftop, or fitness facility.

Great place. Everything you need was in the suite. The beds were comfortable, it’s easily walkable to Coors Field or Ball Arena. Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights and it was so much better than a hotel. The units are very spacious. Only complaint was that the temperature was in the mid 90’s and the pool was down for maintenance.

So much better than a hotel. We enjoyed this property and convenience to all things downtown Denver. The grills by the pool, gym, and coffee on every floor was great. We’ll be back!

Great place to stay in Denver

I stayed five nights in a Kasa Union Station studio and it was wonderful. Spacious, clean, quiet, great location and nice perks like laundry pods for the washing machine in the room! The pool was out of service but I was informed of this well before my stay and offered another option. As others have mentioned blackout curtains would be nice, but I actually need help getting up in the morning.

Great property just unfortunate that the pool was out of service during our stay. Good value for parking as other downtown hotels charge $50/night or more. The area is safe and easy access to downtown by either pedestrian bridge over the tracks.

Reminds me of the worst kind of landlords

The automated and offsite communications cause more harm than good. Our entire trip was spent attempting to resolve issues with ongoing text, calls, and more texts without any continuity of response or personalization. It defined the entire time and made the lovely location and otherwise fine conditions mere footnotes on the whole experience. I am not sure if there even is an onsite team aside from the logely cleaning staff.

My husband and I relocated from Texas to Colorado and chose Kasa as a temporary stop before moving into our place and it did not disappoint. The apartment/hotel was clean and safe, we loved the option to park inside a garage since we had our whole lives in the car, and I can’t forget the washer/dryer inside the unit which came in handy for us. Our 2 mini schnauzers loved it too, being able to go on walks and see other dogs along the way. We would definitely recommend Kasa to anyone coming to Denver, the location is great and everything you need is close in driving distance with it being in the Downtown area.

Great location, great size, great communication

We wanted a place where two couples could stay for a few days while exploring Denver. Loved that there were two bedrooms with two bathrooms, as well as a full kitchen to eat a few meals and have a place to keep groceries cold. It was the perfect size for us.
A short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park…Breathtaking.
