Staff were lovely. Always ready to help. They were happy to answer my stupid questions, which sometimes had pretty obvious answers. Room was absolutely great! So much bigger and more comfortable than I had expected. Thanks to the team there, for making my stay so very delightful!

Everyone was very friendly and kind and very helpful. This could be a fault of my own, room didn’t get cleaned even when the sign was off, and noticed some stains on pillow and bedding. Not a huge deal breaker but was a shock.

Back again..as usual I stay every other month or two. Got in late for a one night stay this time. Was up graded to a one bedroom suite which was great, but it was a handicap room and didn’t know that until I got in room. Shower I did not care for at all and would not want that again- hate shower curtains! Gross! One of the reasons I stay here is because of the glass door showers so it was disappointing when I seen a curtain and handicap amenities. Not sure why I was put in this room? Maybe they ran out of the type of rooms I booked and because I got in so late I was just put in the handicap room? Not sure anyways good enough for one night but definitely would not want that for more than a night. It was very noisy all night but again I don’t usually stay on the second floor.

Breakfast could be much better

Room was nice. It was nice to have a little couch but was set up at a weird angle to watch tv or read. I dint like the barn door in the bathroom but I know that is the trend. The shower was nice. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby which was great. Got coffee at Starbucks in the target. Breakfast was not great. The scrambled eggs were burned and rubbery. Potatoes were only sort of cooked and not brown and crispy. I had a pastry that seemed wet and soggy. The bread choices were not great. Only blueberry bagels. Had an English muffin that was poor quality. The sausage was good. The yogurt parfait was the best breakfast item. I would probably go out to eat if I stayed here again.

The staff were excellent. They clearly work hard. The room had stains on the window coverings and had a weird mix of high quality (good coffee pot and glasses) and Super 8 (soap bar with no holder, no make up mirror).
