We arrived at night and had 3 rooms reserved for one night. Everything was good except the sink in our room was clogged and we asked for the shuttle to the airport for the 6am the next morning which the receptionist confirmed. But we waited for it until I asked if the shuttle was going to pick us up and the new receptionist told us it hadn´t been reserved.

Breakfast is terrible, I booked this place because it was said they have the best breakfast but it’s a lie!!! They even do not have a whole milk, no yogurt. Artificial eggs and some beacon(((( The sheets wasn’t good for hotel named Hilton.

The staff was terrific and the property was generally clean. It was a holiday so perhaps that's why the trash can at the front door was overflowing. The beds left a lot to be desired - not particularly comfortable, squeaky, poorly fitting sheets, etc. Needed the hotel for sleep and that was the one thing we had the most difficulty doing.

Booked 1 bedroom with double beds and sofa pull out and somehow ended up with two connecting rooms with a king bed. I had a family member get sick throughout our trip and this mistake was God send. I didn’t catch her name but the front desk agent was an absolute Angel. I needed a wheelchair for my parent (she was sick) and a sister hotel had a wheelchair and was able to accommodate us. It was a small effort to check if another hotel had a wheelchair but she did it and for that I’m extremely grateful because we couldn’t get my parent out of the car. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable even though it was a short stay. Thank you so much to the front desk agent!!!!!

The lady working , should not have been there. She was unable to do her job correctly. It took her over an hour to get us checked in, and then we only had a few hours of sleep and get to the airport. The kitchen counters were not very clean and there was hair on one of them, not impressed at all. The guy that came in to relieve her, was very nice and came up and fixed our TV and tried to make us comfortable

We had a giant room! We loved the extra couch and kitchenette. We just stayed one night but appreciated the shuttle service and kindness of staff. Good breakfast. Water in good supply. A restful nice acclimating before heading to ski!

We had to get more toilet paper, no extra rolls. Elevators didn’t work half the time, breakfast was pretty much gone only a hour into it, we stayed last year and it was SO much better. Very disappointed this year and won’t stay again.
