Night of Jan 1. was the worst noise disturbance ever!! 8pm room 412 started w/random noises dog barking & loud thumps. Then 9pm came & people were knocking loudly on the door, laughing, running in & out. Then it sounded like people were karaoking. At 10:25pm the noise was getting louder & nonstop. I called front desk, the guy informed me that the issue had been resolved. The noisy people were down the lobby by him. 10:45pm, the noise didn’t stop, I called back & reported the noise is still ongoing. The guy told me no one else was on my floor besides the people in the lobby, which were still in the lobby. My husband & I went downstairs & told him it was room 412 that was causing the noise. The front desk said nobody was in room 412. We must be hearing things. So we told him if he didn’t believe us then go up with us to check. He refused & said he already went up before & heard nothing. We told him it’s happening right now!! Go listen for yourself. He said he can’t leave front desk until his coworker comes in. We asked when that would be? He said he didn’t know. So I asked him to move us to a different room if he refused to solve the noise issue because it was almost midnight. He said he didn’t have authority to move us. So I asked him to cancel the rest of our stay, which was 3 more nights. He said he could cancel but we won’t receive a refund. At this point either the guy was on drugs or there was a ghost partying in room 412. Limited text box, can’t finish writing details!!

Horrible place to stay! Mold in the sinks, dark and semlly water. Sewer was spelling horrible odor. I did not stay even a night and they do not want to make a refund. Still waiting for response, really upsetting taking into consideration that ai needed to book a new whole hotel!
