Parking could be improved, especially for check in. You have drive up a ramp then walk back down as you do not have key to activate the elevator. Also the ramp had patches of ice that needed to be sanded or have ice melt. The staff were very friendly and the room was very good. Thank you.

Proximity to where I needed to be was great. One of our rooms had no heat the first two days until we called and maintenance had to come and connect a cable in the ceiling. Not sure why there’d be no heat with the weather being as cold as it was.

Alright Doubletree, close to Cherry Creek. There are charges for parking- which we did not know about until checking in. Staff was ok, cookies were old, restaurant unable to take order later in the evening for bar food.

We stayed at the DoubleTree Cherry Creek over New Year’s Eve and had a genuinely great experience from start to finish. The gentleman who checked us in was incredibly kind and set us up with a late checkout, which immediately made the stay feel relaxed and welcoming. I wish I remembered his name because he absolutely deserves credit. Later that evening, we spent some time interacting with D’asia at the front desk, and she was an absolute standout. She was friendly, accommodating, and just genuinely kind. My husband was asleep in our room, and D’asia graciously let my friends and me catch up in a more private area of the lobby after not seeing each other for a long time. It meant a lot and didn’t feel rushed or transactional at all. What really impressed me was watching D’asia calmly and professionally handle a very intoxicated, entitled guest who was yelling at her for an extended period because she was simply doing her job and following security protocol on a holiday. She stayed composed, respectful, and firm the entire time. That kind of grace under pressure is rare and deserves recognition. The room was clean, the hotel was comfortable, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. This was a really lovely place to spend New Year’s Eve, and we would absolutely stay here again.
