I heard a scratching noise in my pillow. When I got up and looked, a 1 inch large beetle (not a stinking) was crawling out of the pillowcase. I carried the pillow and the beetle into the bathroom where I shook the beetle onto the floor and squashed it. Ugh. I have never had this problem since I encountered palmetto bugs in a South Carolina hotel in 1967.

Room was clean and check in clerk was helpful.Breakfast was ok but everything was empty and kept having to wait for items. The pool area was fun but we had 10 swimmers and asked for clean towels and brought 4 towels. Next morning trash still wasn't thrown or clean towels.
