Very nice Corporate rental 30 days or more located Just a short walk from gorgeous Old Town Arvada!! Our spacious townhome is located in the Water Tower Village neighborhood of historic Olde Town Arvada. Our townhouse is completely furnished and fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Ground floor has private front door entrance, and a tandem two car garage with plenty of parking for two vehicles. Second floor is the main living area with living room dining room, office space and kitchen. Living room, is a large area with lots of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite movie or to enjoy the gas fireplace perfect for Colorado’s chilly evenings. Dining room table has seating for four we also have three barstools for additional seating or chit chatting with the chef. The kitchen is large with ample cupboard space and all the utensils, dishes, and cookware you will need. Off the living room you will find a balcony with comfortable seating, to enjoy our beautiful Colorado evenings. For the grill enthusiast, you will find a gas BBQ grill stocked and ready to enjoy.
On the third floor you will find the master bedroom with his and hers closets, a new queen size bed. In the master bath, you will find double sinks and a standalone shower. Second bedroom has large closet and new queen size bed. Also, on the third floor you find a large bathroom with tub, for a relaxing bubble bath. We also have a full-size stackable washer and dryer located on third floor for your convenience.
Let’s talk about Olde Town Arvada! Where you will find several restaurants ranging from fine dining to the local ice cream shop. Love shopping? Olde Town Arvada is filled with unique dress shops, bookstores, thrift stores and much more. You can leave your car at home because you can walk there in less than ten minutes.

Need or want public transportation? You can also catch public transportation a few steps away from the front door or in Olde Town Arvada. The train will take you to the mountains, Golden, Boulder and of course Downtown Denver where you will find restaurants, art, museums, theatre, parks, Elitches, music of all kinds and dance clubs. Lovely Place to Stay in Arvada

This is a lovely townhome in the heart of Old Town Arvada. It is very well furnished, very roomy with lots of windows to let in the light and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make your meals at home. Everything was very clean when I moved in. Having a two car garage is a plus. The host Laurie is very responsive to questions, friendly and easy to work with. This townhome is in a quiet neighborhood yet just a couple of blocks from Old Town Arvada. It is easy walking distance to great restaurants, little specialty shops, a movie theater and the light rail station. Overall it was a nice experience staying here.

Awesome in Arvada

What a beautiful townhouse! Close to everything, I70, 5 minutes away, Denver city, 30 minute drive, light rail, 10 minute walk, Olde Town Arvada a great place to visit, only a 10 minute walk. Townhouse had it all, two car garage, walk-in shower, big kitchen area, nice living room space, really nice neighborhood. Host Laurie was great, what more can I say than it was just AWESOME!

Perfect for our needs - hoping to book it again the next time I'm in town

This apt was perfect for myself and college-bound son. It's spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We received many compliments from friends and family who came to visit us during our 5-week stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Olde Town Arvada restaurants, and a 3-minute walk to the Hilton which was super convenient when family came to visit. The apt also comes with a one-car garage so we didn't have to worry about street parking. The property manager was responsive to all of our needs and communication was easy and friendly. I hope to book this apt again the next time I'm in town!
