You’ll enjoy two separate living areas, kitchens, and entrances—perfect for families, groups, or anyone who appreciates extra space and privacy. The home has traditional heating/cooling with a smart thermostat, plus stationary fans and space heaters for added comfort. While the home is quiet overall, like any urban setting, you may occasionally hear the normal sounds of city life.

Guest Access:

This home has been uniquely remodeled to allow for 2 separate units for affordable stays. However, this listing is for the entire house where guests will have access to both the main level and the basement. Guests will enter through the front door and receive lockbox code to the basement door.
