Our 2-Bedroom, 1 Bathroom condo features all of the comforts of home like a built-in workspace and high-end espresso machine. Enjoy Downtown Denver from this ideally located home base. Minutes by foot from the 16th Street Mall, Larimer Square, Union Station and more. Minutes by car from everything else in the Metro area.

Located in the heart of downtown Denver, the complex where our condo is located, features outdoor grills and social space, a well equipped gym, tennis and pickleball courts, and even a running track!

One covered parking space included. One additional parking space may be available for an additional fee of $250/month.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

****ALL STAYS OVER 30 DAYS WILL REQUIRE A MID-STAY CLEAN. Longer stays will require cleans every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense***
