The Space:
Looking for a space that feels effortlessly comfortable, stylish, and truly set up for real life? This Sunnyside stunner delivers all that and more, whether you're traveling solo, with family, or meeting up with friends.
Originally a cozy 1950s bungalow, this home has been thoughtfully expanded and fully upgraded, now boasting three spacious bedrooms, including a luxurious king suite upstairs with a private balcony and hammock, a spa-worthy en suite bath with soaking tub, and a massive walk-in closet. Down the hall, you’ll find two colorful bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, both with their own attached bathrooms, making it easy for everyone to have their own space.
The open-concept living space is made for connection: accordion patio doors open wide to bring the outdoors in, creating a seamless flow from the stylish living room (with gas fireplace and smart TV) to the private, grassy backyard, complete with a covered patio, fire pit, and total chill vibes.
Love to cook? The upgraded kitchen is a dream, and the dedicated work area with desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair means you can sneak in a Zoom call before heading out. Traveling with kids? We’ve got your back: there’s a children’s play area, high chair, baby gate, kids’ dishes, and even a Pack 'n Play, so you can pack light and relax more.
And the location? It’s unbeatable. Walk across the street to Bacon Social House for brunch, grab some cheesy goodness at So Damn Gouda, or sip a margarita at El Jefe. You’re also just a short stroll from Chaffee Park, a great local spot for a morning walk or a lazy afternoon picnic.
Whether you’re here for a family getaway, a remote-work stay, or a weekend with friends, this place is where comfort, convenience, and a little Denver magic meet.
Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

The neighborhood:
Sunnyside is one of those Denver neighborhoods that feels instantly welcoming—tree-lined streets, friendly neighbors who wave when you walk by, and just the right mix of old-school charm and modern conveniences. It’s got a slower, more laid-back pace than the busy downtown scene, but you’re still close enough to jump into the action whenever you want.
Across the street from the house, you’ve got local favorites that make daily life (or vacation life) pretty sweet. Bacon Social House is a must for brunch—think decadent bacon flights and bottomless mimosas—while So Damn Gouda has a cheese counter that will make you want to host an impromptu wine night. Need a quick bite? El Jefe serves up some of the best tacos in the area, and there’s even a Pilates studio nearby if you’re feeling motivated.
For a dose of nature without leaving the neighborhood, Chaffee Park is just a short stroll away. It’s perfect for a morning jog, a game of frisbee, or simply sitting under a shady tree with a coffee in hand. And if you’re up for a little adventure, Sunnyside’s location puts you just minutes from LoHi’s trendy dining scene, the craft breweries in RiNo, and the historic charm of Highland Square.
What really makes Sunnyside shine, though, is the sense of community. It’s the kind of place where small businesses thrive, patios fill up on sunny afternoons, and neighbors chat over fences. Whether you’re here to relax, explore, or eat your way through Denver, you’ll find that Sunnyside makes it all feel effortless.
