This is the front half of a duplex with private entrance, kitchen, and bathroom. There are two front-to-back parking spaces in the driveway for you. The neighborhood is very safe/quiet where I know the neighbors. There are parks and bars walking distance, as well as a train station downtown 1 mile away. Location is about an hour drive from skiing and close to Red Rocks, Broncos Stadium, and downtown. This is a great spot to get into Denver and the surrounding areas!

Wonderful small home!

My husband & I stayed here for a month while we searched for a house in Lakewood. It was just the right size for 2 adults working from home and had everything we needed. Loved going for walks around the neighborhood including Crown Lake and checking out the Edgewater/Sloan's Lake Area. Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, downtown and the west side.

This was the perfect place for my husband and myself as we were staying in Lakewood to help with a new grand baby. It is in a lovely neighborhood which was quiet, yet close to grocery shopping, etc… The owner was very easy to communicate with and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.
