A spacious comfortable lodge that sleeps up to 32 adults (for larger groups, contact the host at www.hlfcllc.com) with amazing views of the surrounding marsh and camps. Security is no problem as each room is secured with a coded lock for security. Each room has its own private bathroom with a 60` stand up shower for your own comfort and privacy. Sleeping arrangements are no problem as the room is furnished with 3 sets of twin bunk beds. Each sleeping location has its own power source for electronic devices. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available for your use.
This newly built spacious property has lots to offer. Whether you want to recline on the couch and watch the game on the 98` flatscreen, enjoy a game of pool, or hang out with your friends on the deck. The mid-deck offers a 1000 square foot screened in area complete with 2 restrooms, a bar area, outdoor tv, a large sink, refrigerator, freezer, and ice maker and plenty of seating options. This area will help keep the bugs off of you with the assistance of three large ceiling fans while you relax or enjoy a meal. Are you wanting to cook a little something, no problem. The mid-deck has two large Blackstone`s and two gas grills for your use. Outside the screed area is another 1000 square foot for cooking and cornhole games. We offer fishing packages as well. Our guides are located just across the street where your fishing adventure awaits.

No moving of furniture is allowed.
Clean up after yourself, including all cooking stations and utensils used for cooking.
No greasy cooking allowed inside of the lodge.
No deep frying or boiling of seafood allowed in the lodge, on any deck level, or under the lodge.
All cooking is encouraged to be done outside.
Check in is at 4pm. Early check in is available (additional cost apply).
Check out is at 11am. Late check out is available (additional cost apply).
Keep doors locked at all times.
Your party will be responsible for any damages caused to the property.
No Smoking, vaping, or chewing tobacco allowed inside the lodge or within 15 feet of doors and windows.
No illegal narcotics of any kind allowed on any part of the property.
Only registered guest allowed on site. Max of 6 persons per room. ($300.00 fine per non-registered guest per night).
No parties allowed.
No pets allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 5am
