A great place to stay! The Palm suite 6 was very cute, cozy, comfortable bed and linens, updated and very clean. When we arrived, they had put on the TV a surf video with relaxing music and an atomizer with changing colours, very welcoming! There had been a small issue but both our contact and the young woman at the front desk were fully determined to resolve it. Kudos to both!! We will for sure be coming back. Highly recommend!

I give this property a 3.5. Great location, friendly staff, and comfy beds. The room had a slight damp smell to it. It would've been nice to have a spot in the shower to put soap/shampoo besides on the ground also a hook to put my washcloth on. Staff and everyone is very friendly and polite. Let's start with check in. If you are not checking in Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm, you will have to call a number and hope they answer. It to about five calls before i got any response. It was about 8pm when i started calling. Then the staff took our bedding and towels to be washed and did not return any. We had no bedding for one night. The shower was scalding hot and after it was fixed it was cold. Very interesting place but it was not ideal for even the short time we spent in the rom.

It was in close proximity to the beach, although we had some issues with bugs in the room and amenities. Management was good for the most part. I don’t think we would come back, but it was a good experience.
