I need to use my MiFi and it gets poor to no reception staying on the bottom floor. They Need to sweep off the bottom rooms patios and clean chairs. Microwave was not plugged in or near the outlet Overall was a pleasant stay

Do not disturb

There should be a do not disturb sign on the door knob so room service stops knocking on the door. Very intrusive but great work in keeping the place clean. Over all great experience and kitchen was tidy!

The hallway leading to our room had a used tea bag and other trash on the floor like it hadn't been swept in a while. Otherwise, the room was perfect and the view was amazing. The lady who checked us in was wonderful and checked us in early which was awesome!

The hotel staff was friendly! This was about the only nice thing about my stay! The room felt kind of dirty. Floor had stains, sliding glass door couldn't be seen out of one side cause it was dirty. Beds were a bit on the harder side. Found hairs on the towels and walls of bathroom. My husband found a couple of small roaches walking on the bathroom floor. Most of the guests seemed like low class and dirty. Was also turned off by the smell of Marijuana coming into the room. I would definitely not stay here again. Property needs updating. Parking is tight.

We have stayed here for 6 years and every year it gets worse and this was our final stay. Upon arrival the front doors did not work the entire lobby and every floor of the hotel was overwhelmed with the smell of marijuana. We were the entire visit unable to leave our balcony doors open or even sit on our balcony again don’t the horrible and strong smell of marijuana we had to go purchase air fresheners for our room. The toilet would not flush my husband had to work on the toilet several times. The lobby ceilings were covered in dirt and grim as were the A/C vents. The first morning I woke up to make my bed and the entire comforter I slept with was covered in blood. We told the staff and nothing was done or said. We were told that a manager would reach out, but that never happened. I was horrified know h I had slept with that on my skin. You could not use the pool area as there was a group of people there that were smoking drugs and drinking and very assertive and aggressive trying to start a physical confrontation. The hotel did not tell us that the stairs to the beach were missing and we had to walk to the public beach access to get to the beach. The vent to the bathroom was messed up and all you could see was a big whole in the ceiling. The vending machines were out of order. Every hallway and room smelled like marijuana. Their was a domestic violence altercation in the room across from us and the police were there the hotel did nothing. This place has declined horribly.

There was a problem with our reserved room so they gave us an awesome upgrade, very pleased. The beach access stairs are broken, you have to walk through the adjacent parking lot to get to the beach, not a big deal but should be mentioned.

For the price it was a good stay.... beautiful view.....only negative was the shower water pressure..had to take off the shower head for more pressure..other than that will stay again This was my 3rd stay here at this property
