I need to use my MiFi and it gets poor to no reception staying on the bottom floor. They Need to sweep off the bottom rooms patios and clean chairs. Microwave was not plugged in or near the outlet Overall was a pleasant stay

Hotel is right on the water. For the price point, absolutely worth it. AC is amazing. The hotel is completely dated and gross in the entry, pool, and hallways. Key card kept stop functioning. We never received house keeping for the 2 day stay and when we requested towels, they required us to do a one for one trade. I advised her that I had dirty towels in my room because no one cleaned my room, she still required me bring her towels for a 1-1 exchange system. 🙄. It’s not a bad hotel, just needs better service and updating.

Everything was good here except they advertised premium bedding and that was the reason we stayed here. It wasn't premium bedding it was an awful thin mattress that was about as comfortable as sleeping in the parking lot

Do not disturb

There should be a do not disturb sign on the door knob so room service stops knocking on the door. Very intrusive but great work in keeping the place clean. Over all great experience and kitchen was tidy!

The hallway leading to our room had a used tea bag and other trash on the floor like it hadn't been swept in a while. Otherwise, the room was perfect and the view was amazing. The lady who checked us in was wonderful and checked us in early which was awesome!
