The room seemed clean until i went to the bathroom, there was an inch of dust covering the exhaust fan. Holes in the bathroom door, and a kid weilding a gun throughout the hotel late at night. When the cops were called the ones who reported him got punished by not being allowed to talk to other guests they were on the salvation army progam for tempory housing eventually they were kicked out because

They make you take any garbage in your room out to the dumpster yourself, or they charge you! They don't have breakfast, they don't have coffee, and they will charge you a fine over just about anything they can think of in your room. I spent 10 minutes signing page after page after page of rules before I could even get to my room. DO NOT STAY HERE!! There are cheaper and FAR better options in Davenport!

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!!!!!

This place is garbage!!! So dirty and hole in the walls Furniture torn up from an animal or something. They also tell you your 50$ deposit for animals is non refundable. Please don’t stay at that nasty hotel

It wasnt bad but definitely not perfect either.. halls were dirty, elevator was down after storm ppl managing didnt seem to care.. very limited on items in room unless u wanted to pay for them.. Room was dirty needed swept n moped but great otherwise.. an u was responsible to take ur trash out.. kinda like living at home but without the chaos..

Worst hotel i have ever put someone in. I set one of my crew memebers up here and the bed had blood and dirt all over it. Walls had holes in them. Place smelt like puke. Roaches in drawers. Nasty plastic bag over fire detector. This is a crack motel in short. Dont let the online pictures fool you
