I checked in later in the evening, andbthe staff member who checked me in was friendly, but had limited communication. Forst problem ise security deposit is $100 per room (on card, not cash). Never have I paid that much around here, especially for a propert as run down as this one. I had 2 rooms, one being the jacuzzi suite. The one they put me in though was not one I booked by pictures, which is why I chose the onen I did. He kept repeating their internal room codes like that would help. Finally settled in just having to pay a discounted extra cost for something not even my fault. The carpet was pulled up and a tripping hazard, the bench in the bathroom was broken, and the hot tub didnt have a drain. The other room had stained sheets, the AC didnt work on the shared room, there was a shoe leftover from the last guest, the toiletries werent stocked, and there were spiders. The the day manager the following morning helped move us rooms, but it didnt fix my dissatisfaction. Also, one of the front doors has been broken for months, and the pool has been shut down for longer. This is worse than a Motel 8 at the price of a fancy hotel.

It was just bad! Bed was so uncomfortable! Had homeless staying outside of our window and the room wasn’t very clean! My husband dropped something of his beside the nightstand and when he found it also found a rope tied to the bed!

This place has roaches and needs a deep cleaning the carpet is old the pool is nice but hasn’t been open since Covid I was told the bathroom doesn’t drain doors are best up walls have holes in them and again roaches and the Indian lady up front said it’s okay they just little bugs worst stay ever

There’s a lot of things broke coffee pot didn’t work. Didn’t have any soap for the shower. Phone was broke. There wasn’t a remote when we got to our room went to the front desk to ask for one. He took one out the box and handed to me and expected me like I should know how to program it and the continental breakfast is horrible. It’s just pancakes and cereal, juice and milk. There are a lot of of us who can’t eat things like that And had to wait forever for the front desk clerk to come up so I can turn in my house, key and get my security deposit back.

The bed spread was stained. The couch was filthy and missing a couching to set on. The mirrors were dirty. For breakfast they had hard cereals with two percent milk in a gallon. No fruit bread or sweet rolls. You also have to give them 105.0 dollars either in cash or credit in case you due something to the room cash get back next day credit you have to wait ten days

One of the pillows had blood on it, the shower curtain was dirty, there was a liquor bottle under the bed by the head board, fruit flies coming out of the juice machine, cappuccino machine was broke, only pancakes for a selection at the continental breakfast, pool and all water amenities were broken/closed … paid for 3 nights and the clerk disabled my key on the second night… questionable drug sales in the parking lot…. The online pictures is not what you will get.

was told a $100 deposit when it didn’t say anything about it thru the app. Grab some water around 11pm-midnight&found popeyes outside my door. I didn’t touch it as I thought it could’ve been a joke. Around ~1:20-1:40am a heavy knock was at my door for 2-3 mins. I was all alone as a woman not expecting anyone. So I stayed in bed. Someone was knocking again around ~3/3:30am for a couple of mins. At this point I was scared because checking the door wasn’t worth risking my safety. I grabbed the phone in my room to dial the front desk. The line was cut or not plugged in. I felt like in a horror film. It would’ve been appreciative for staff to make sure it’s plugged back in/working before assigning a room prior guests arrival. I had to use my personal cell to call the front desk and explain the situation AT 3/3:30AM. The gal said she would look at the cameras. I called back 15 mins later and gal at the front claimed she saw nobody and if it was my popeyes meal out my door. I declined and she was telling me someone was asking for it on the 1st floor(told driver to leave it at front desk). I was even more scared because how could someone drop off food at the end of the hallway near the staircase when you need a keycard to come in from the outside I WAS ON THE 2 FLOOR. She told me she’ll tell morning staff about the situation&to get some rest. Checking out and morning staff is unaware about it.She said she’ll take note of it-it’s going to be 2weeks since&never heard back
