Took us 3 rooms for them to find one that was acceptable. 1st room had a bad odor n heat wasn’t on, second room not as bad but heat wasn’t working. Finally the 3rd room was okay, still crappy but the heat worked. There was not a real breakfast, all they had was a pancake machine and some coffee. Might as well spend $10 and get a nicer room. Wouldn’t go back again

They hotel is extremely outdated. Wallpaper peeling of walls, veneer peeling of doors, sloppy paint in the room. Only 2 towels, no hand towels or washcloths. Pool and hot tub shutdown. Overall very poor. I would not recommend.

I booked a room with a hot tub as specifically. I got a room with no knobs and no drain stopper and attendants admitted it did not work and has been a problem for some time. It had a window with no lock and leaked air and no bedspread!

The breakfast selection was horrible. The oj was warm, it was Pancake crumbs on the counter, a section for 2 cereals but one was completely empty and it was 605am in the morning. Just a bad look for the Ramada name

Although the staff was nice I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone unless they REALLY need a place to stay. The room I was given on 3rd floor had a cockroach in the mini fridge, when I asked the front desk agent for another room, the other room was on third floor and had a dead bug on the bed. I was a THIRD room that was on 1st floor instead, it seemed somewhat cleaner at least no bugs in the 1st floor room. Also I wouldn't eat the breakfast either. I poured some apple juice in a cup and it tasted bad then I looked in the cup and there were some weird bits in the drink so I poured it out.
