Very disrespectful and after asking for down stairs room, they rented my room from last 2 days and put me upstairs! I have a back injury and climbing stairs hurts my back seriously. The room they put me in is basically nothing but a bed and a shower, no coffee pot, tv doesn't work! It's definitely not a executive suit for sure, not even close! The air conditioning only works part time and the mini refrigerator is just that mini! With a hole in the counter top and holes everywhere in the walls that are not patched, just holes through the drywall! There is no head board and the room stinks bad! I promise I will never stay at Motel 8 ever again, EVER AGAIN!! So my recommendation to anyone that asks is DON'T STAY AT MOTEL 8!!

Not very handicap friendly

Room had cobwebs, a broken dresser drawer but we didn't need to use it. The shower head leaked and sprayed out over the curtain on the floor. Sad to say the hotel is a bit shabby and not handicap friendly. Meaning the toilet is too low and no grab rails for the bathroom anywhere.

This served its purpose, bed & shower. The room comfortable & quiet. The main entrance/ lobby is at one end of the building while parking is along the 2/3 of the other end of the building. Gotta haul luggage some distance. Once inside, there is no elevator to the 2nd level...gotta haul luggage up 2 sections of stairs. My bed linens were not suitable. The blanket between the sheet & top cover had weed seed stickers all over. This didn’t affect my sleep, just poorly kept.

Mold all over the shower stall floor and walls. Broken drywall, Un painted trim in bathroom. A kitchen metal chair for my desk chairs, mildew smell in room

I have reported this establishment to the health department. The hotel and rooms were absolutely disgusting. None of the rooms had been cleaned. They tried to put us in a room that smelt as if someone died in it. The beddiing, bath, drapes, lampshades and more were filthly with dirt and stains. The lock on the door was broken. The hotel was in shambles. The juice machine, waffle maker, pool area and lounge restrooms were all out of order. The staff didnt bother to even brew coffee. To add insult to injury, when we went to the front desk in the morning to get manager info, were we yelled at publicly in front of other guests like children. This is the worst unacceptable experience I have had in 58 years of cross country travel. Expedia needs to omit this establishment from their portfolio. Bosco Family. Santa Fe , New Mexico

I booked this pet friendly hotel with Expedia. When I checked in, I waited for about 10 min for someone to finally arrive to help me. I told them I had 2 pets. They charged me 35$ per pet! Plus $100 deposit. I really wish they would advertise what their pet fees are on Expedia before we book the hotel, I would have gone to another property.

the grounds were terrible and overgrown. the room had holes in the wall. there were broken light fixtures. the shower had lots of mold growing in it. the shower wall was rotted. there was a coffee pot but no coffee or tea. we were there 2 nights and they did not make the beds or clean the room after the 1st night. the pillows had no cases. I am handicapped but was forced to walk nearly the entire length of the property to get to my room.

The sink was broken the bathroom door would not shut. The AC did not work. The room was smelly. It was the only room available. I had been driving for 16 hours. Slept on the bed on top of blankets. Got out of there after 4 hours. 125.00 for 4 hours sleep.
