The front desk female was rude, and smart mouth and her boss was no better, she was worried about entertaining some young guys in the lobby instead of doing her job. Her boss was rude as well they lied about the pool being open i was here from Friday night to Tuesday morning and pool waz never opened it was the reason i stayed there. The breakfast was horrible. But the Manager and the front desk female is a disgrace to any one there ran very poorly and rude and could care less about the Patriots that are the reason they have a business, horrible dont stay ,run trust me save your money and expedia you need to drop them they make you look bad.

There was water damage on the ceiling of the bedroom. The entire place reeked of cigarettes and marijuana (not judging peoples hobbies but its a hotel not a dispensary) Some of the staff were nice some were just stand offish and just sort of there. There was nothing but 2 little bottles of shampoo and no conditioner. Thankfully there was a Walgreens right down the street. Avoid if possible. The room was at least clean despite the water damage. I will give it that much.

The room was good. Did have to work on the toilet the float was stuck so it wouldnt fill. Girl was nice when we checked in. When we came back to the hotel the guy at the counter was chatting with a girl. There was an empty vodka bottle on the bar across from the desk. There was a drunk girl wandering the hall. We later heard the guy say she was only 18 as him, the drunk girl and the other girl went back and forth down the hall loudly at 2:30-3 in the morning. Just my opinion but probably shouldnt allow underage drinking on your property

The room itself was okay, all the towels in the bathroom were small and like sandpaper, crappy water pressure from the shower. I stayed 8 days and the hallways were never vacuumed and also the elevator. There was some snow right in ftont of one of the side doors, never cleaned off, they just waited for it to melt. Would not recommend.

Strained carpet in room, pillows small & not comfortable. Room was stuffy. Too noisy, my family & I didn't sleep well at all. Pool water was nice but pool room was very cold. Breakfast: biscuits were hard & food was mediocre at best. Would not recommend.

The room was infested with bed bugs. Management told me they don’t have bed bugs. I showed him the photos we took and he finally switched us to a different room. None of the exercise equipment was actually operational. We will never consider staying here again

No one at front desk when we checked in so had to wait around a while at 1030pm. Lobby smelled like cigarettes and weed. Room was awful. Crumbs on the bread. And heat was blasting so it was at least 80 And it took hours to cool down so no one slept. Breakfast was fine. Nothing spectacular. Did not feel safe. There was a guy lingering around one of the side doors and he said it wouldn’t try to go in. I tried to cancel our second night because it was horrible and couldn’t speak to anyone when we left. Not from the area so I didn’t know it would be this bad.

It wasn't terrible but wasn't good.. Our toilet didn't work for most of the stay, my husband had to keep flushing it manually. The floors were dirty when we first got into the room and there was a pill that my father in law found right under the couch, while he was playing on the floor with my toddler... Clearly the couch doesn't get moved to be cleaned under (which it should) and the cushions, those were gross underneath as well. Lastly our room was unfortunately underneath people that were having a domestic dispute one night and that went on from 1:30am-4:30am.. so we did not sleep since it was so loud we thought someone was breaking into our room when it first started happening. It was hysterical crying and screaming for hours...my husband went up to the front desk at 3am to complain about it and all they did was call up to the room and tell them that they had "another noise complaint" at this point they should've been kicked out or moved to another room (I think they were kicked out that morning??) I did not feel safe that night at all, I wanted to check out the next day but my husband said he would check with the front desk to see if those people were gone before we did that. Also the back door keypad didn't work half the time either, so we basically had to pull the door hard to get it to open. We usually stay at clarion pointe but wanted more room for our toddler to run around but we won't be making that mistake again

First, no king room, even though that’s what I reserved. The double queen I was given.. the Refrigerator was broken, I was not offered a new room.. only told “We will let maintenance know tomorrow”. People being super loud in the room down the hall at 3 am. Parking lots were very slick. Will not return.
