Staff friendly and helpful. Bathroom was dirty. Broken items in the room. No hot water in the morning, but did receive 50% discount. Free warm cookie nice touch, however did not make up for the overall mediocre stay.

I had cold water for my shower last night and this morning. I had no conditioner in the shower so I couldn’t properly wash my hair. The breakfast was 18$ a person which is outrageous considering I already paid 230$ for a hotel room without hot water. The WiFi wouldn’t connect to my phone with my login credentials they told me to use. Will never come back to this hotel, overall one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. Doubletree By Hilton said if you guys call them or contact them, that they will compensate me for my stay, that since I booked through you guys that you guys would have to reach out for me. Please reach out and get me some type of compensation

One of our rooms was perfect, the second room smelled like sewer and had a wet bathroom floor. The front desk promptly assigned us another room, only to find that in that room the toilet didn’t flush properly. One of the elevators had puddles of water in it and a sign saying wet floor- don’t understand why the floor wasn’t cleaned or dried. Coffe machine in lobby wasn’t working. Liked the hardwood floors in rooms.

For an upscale hotel, it was not very clean and the A/C was horrible. Ran at full volume all day and night and never did cool the room. This is a great location, walkable to lots of stuff, views of the river. Just needs some care and attention.

I liked the sound of the water feature and the location. I didn't like how so many things went wrong and were not working. 1. The key didn't work so we had to switch rooms. 2. The thermostat wasn't connected to the wall so we had to move rooms again. 3. I had to wait ten minutes to flush the toilet after one flush. 4. The staff was nice about these problems. 5. The room was tired even though it had been supposedly updated. 6. The shower was great. 7. The breakfast was not good. They offered omelette but we didn't have time.

Great stay

My stay was really very nice. The staff was friendly. The one disappointment was the burger that I was served had onions on it and no pickles when the menu says it comes with pickles and doesn't mention onions. After removing the onions, the burger and fries were great, and almost too much food.

The staff were great. The floors of our room turned my feet black and the suite door did not close all the way. The air conditioner sounded like a pipe about to burst and was very loud every time it turned on. The pool was cold but clean and nice. Other than those issues the room had everything we needed, the bed super comfortable and the hotel environment was pleasant. However at night the raceway outside the building was a quite loud. We would still stay again. Thank you.
