Had a roadside room and it was a loud, constant roar of traffic and straight pipe bikes. Plus the air kicked on every 5 minutes for about 3 minutes then off again and it was loud and clunky too. Asked for towels and never received them. Great hotel for $100 or less. Not $100 plus.

The property was nice. Checking in was a bit of a nightmare. There were many guests at the counter complaining about parking or the lack of. One staff member handling all guests. It was a bit concerning as some people were just plain rude. The staff member kept her calm. The location is great.

Noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in

The hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. There was a kids soccer tournament in town and this is why I have given a low rating. The kids were yelling and playing soccer in the lobby for hours. The parents sat at the bar drinking and allowing the kids to run rampant not caring about other guests. I finally messaged the front desk at 9pm asking if they were going to put an end to the soccer and yelling at some point. This was after 7 hours of noise. I wish the staff had stepped in so that other guests could have enjoyed the lobby or even peace and quiet in the room. The lobby is open and sound travels into the rooms. After traveling for days, we just wanted to rest and have quiet time before hitting the road again.
