There were nerd candy in the hide a bed and the tv in the living room did not work. There was only 1 pillow for that bed. Staff was nice.

We were not informed that there was no hot water at check in. When we checked out and inquired, we were told the issue had occurred earlier on the day of our check-in. When I mentioned this to the manager, she seemed surprised. I suggest asking about the hot water situation before checking in to avoid inconvenience. I also wondered how the kitchen was able to prepare breakfast without hot water — which raises some sanitation concerns.
