Beautiful, 5BR/4BA pool home in Sunset Ridge. Great entertaining home with screen enclosed pool in covered lanai. Large master bedroom with a garden tub in the master bathroom. Bedroom #1 comes with a king bed with a 32' tv. Second bedroom comes with a king bed and a 32' tv. Third and fourth bedrooms come with 2 twins bed each and the fifth bedroom comes with a bunk bed bottom full and top twin.
It is located close to Disney parks, in a residential community with a tennis court, community pool and playground. Only minutes away from the attractions, shopping and restaurants!

Please note, that the AC temperature can not be set up lower than 74C.
The minimum age required is 18.
Office hours from 9am to 10pm.
Early check-in and late check- out might be possible but subject to availability.

Just OK

The process of booking and checking in was very easy. Knowing it was going to be cool, we paid for the pool to be heated. Unfortunately, they forgot to turn on the pool heat so we didn't spend any time at the house that we planned. They also didn't have any oven pans so we couldn't cook pizza or the chicken nuggets and French fries that we bought. Overall, the house was nice but the cleaning and supplies were lacking. When renting a VRBO, I would assume that the basic necessities such as at least 1 pan for the oven would be included. The point of renting a house is to be able to cook meals and not have to eat out. I was also told the pool heating fee would be refunded but I have not received the refund yet.
