* This is a self-catering home; a small welcome kit is provided
initially.
* Online packages delivered via USPS will not be accepted and could
be returned to sender. Only UPS, DHL, and FedEx are recognized.
* Any additional cleaning or repairs necessary due to non-compliance
may incur extra charges.
