I loved the big four post bed, Africa theme decoration’s, and parking in the overflow area. The bathroom mirror and under the vanity were not clean; there was a broken soap dish under the vanity on the floor. I was kept awake from loud conversations and arguing on the floor above me. Cigarette buts littered the side entry ramp I pulled my suitcase up. The elevator left very much to be desired, as it was very sketchy if it could be trusted. Staff we friendly and helpful.

Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the accommodations provided during my stay beginning on August 8, 2026. Upon arrival, we discovered that the lock on our assigned room was defective and could be opened without a key card, presenting a significant security concern. After demonstrating the issue to front desk personnel, we were reassigned to another room. Unfortunately, the replacement room was in an equally unacceptable condition, with visible debris on the bed, clear evidence of inadequate housekeeping, and a malfunctioning air conditioning system. As international travelers arriving exhausted from our journey, these deficiencies materially impacted our comfort, safety, and overall guest experience. The hotel did not begin addressing these issues through additional room transfers until August 9, 2026. The accommodations provided fell substantially below the standards reasonably expected and did not reflect the rate charged. Given the security, cleanliness, and maintenance concerns encountered, I respectfully request appropriate compensation commensurate with the inconvenience and disruption experienced. I trust management will review this matter promptly and provide a fair resolution.
