I wanted a quick relaxing weekend getaway, just my 3 year old and I. I found this property and thought it was perfect because it had a play set, games, and a hot tub. It was bigger than I needed and a little more expensive than other listings but I thought it would be worth it especially for the amenities. My son could play while I relax.Unfortunately, I ran into many issues. The hot tub did not work, the 3rd floor hot water did not work (only bathroom with a bathtub, the outside lights did not work, the back yard was messy, there was trash on the ground, some door handles were loose, the freezer was dirty. Some of these things I would usually look past but I had high expectations since it was so expensive. The host was contacted regarding the hot tub, hot water, and lights but they were not fixed. The host said I would get a discount for these issues but I was charged the full price. Pros: my son did really enjoy the games and the play set. The beds were comfortable. I liked that the refrigerator had an ice and water dispenser. The inside of the house was clean. If you have small children, I recommend bringing them their own cup because everything there is glass and breakable. Conclusion: I had high hopes and expectations and unfortunately they were not met and I feel like I wasted my money on this property.
