The staff were actually friendly. This was a 4 night trip for us. The first room we moved into, 210, was ok, but the TV remote did not work, and the faucet in the shower broke off so we could not adjust the water temperature. Our request for another room was granted so we moved down the hall to room 216. We were rarely in the room, so not bad. Check out day was Dec 9. While packing up to leave, we spotted a ROACH walking across the ceiling. We killed it and placed in a paper cup. I gave the cup with the roach to the front desk clerk, Robert. He didn't know what to say. I should have gotten at least one night reimbursement as I was praying I did not take any roaches home in my luggage. I will never stay here again.

I pick this hotel because it says that they have hotel airpor transportation and í find out that they don’t have it in between 1 and 6 pm, so I had to pay a cab for 26 dollars to bring me to the hotel

The staff at the Front Desk is helpful any time of day or night. Clean and walking distance to several good restaurants (Olive Garden, Saltgrass Steakhouse and Boomer Jacks.

Property does not respond to inquiries sent to them from Expedia email system. Overnight guy was nice, but manager in the morning has his head up his butt. I came downstairs to get coffee, he ignored me even though I was sitting feet away and he was playing on his phone or computer. Total Dump. Actually the Ugliest property I've ever stayed at. Left 2 days early because it was so scary and gross. TOTAL DUMP. SHAME ON WYNDHAM HOTELS.
