False advertising

The hotel advertised an airport shuttle service. Made the reservation and then called immediately to set up a pick up time. They said they do not offer after 11:00. Asked to cancel because the hotel could not offer what was advertised. The hotel said I had to contact hotels.com. Hotels.com called the hotel and Travis said he could not cancel. Text book example of a breach of contract.

Don’t forget anything when checking out!!!

I left a phone charger in the room upon checkout and when I called to see if housekeeping had turned it in they said no. I was told they would have either kept it or just thrown it away. Ridiculous! Never have I left something at a hotel and it not have been turned in. I’ve even had hotels mail me items that have been left behind.
