A terrible non-understanding front desk staff would not help me, as my wallet was stolen during my trip. I had already paid for my room, however did not have a credit card for incidentals so they would not allow me to check-in and would not allow me to refund the room. Remember, you always have a choice in the hotel you chose to stay with. These people will not accommodate you one square, spare inch, and I humbly ask you to consider that before booking with folks already against you.

Good quiet atmosphere, front desk and management are friendly and accommodating and housekeeping is EXCELLENT 👌 room and linens were super clean ...... You 100% won't find a better motel in DFW for this price !
