On arrival the room lacked a chair, TV remote and the fridge was broken. The front desk person for the evening shift made me feel that it was an imposition for her to make her half hearted attempt to assist me with the issues. The maintenance worker did his best to solve the issues but didn’t have the necessary tools to properly fix the problems. Poor maintenance was the big issue.

No TV in the Room

The tv would not pick up the local channels. On a weekday where the local football pro team played, the game could not be watched. Had to go to a local bar to see the game.

The room was super dated and old. Had a musty old smell. Sheets are literally so rough like cardboard and sort of cigarette smell. We did the family suite which was the biggest most expensive room, and it was very basic. The carpet was so dirty my daughter’s feet were black walking around barefoot. Wouldn’t stay at this property again.
