There was way too much noise outside the room and the interstate traffic noise was terrible. I booked the room for three nights, only stayed two. The price was only supposed to be $160 plus taxes and fees plus $50 damage deposit did not add up to $278 and I left early and wasn't reimbursed for it.

Very run down. Staff wasn't rude, exactly, but they did not care and were not friendly. Motel is very run down. Basically just a bed and a bathroom. I'm surprised there was even a working tv, to be honest. The toilet ran, ceiling was cracked, bugs in the room, cracked window, no deadbolt, bed was one of the worst I've ever had. Would've had to walk all the way across the property to get back to the office to even get a cup of coffee. Right next to the highway and was super noisy all night long. Spend a few dollars more and at least have coffee in your room. Will not revisit.

The stay was overall decent however only a few things were missing. The room did not have a fridge and the blanket in the room has cigarettes burns on it. Thankfully the staff were generous enough to give us a replacement blanket. Overall the room served its purpose.

The bathtub had rust around the drain, the sink's pressure was very strong, it wasn't hard to spray the surrounding area because of the water pressure. Pretty sure we found a cockroach. The room, upon arrival was musty and smelled like a moldy grandma. The water temp in the shower consistently fluctuated from really hot- barely able to touch to rather cold. This would happen within a few minutes of each other that it would fluctuate. Alsp the corners and areas around some of the sockets were chipping away or had very small holes. I was in room 155 specifically. The beds were nice though, housekeeping worked well around our things. I hope our money is used to upgrade that room and take care of the things that need to be fixed. The pool is not being taken care of and the paint on the ground around the rooms have massive chip spots. The staff was alright, they fulfilled my needs but it was hard to hear their low voices and not to mention some of their not very inviting personalities. The star is really just for the good quality of the beds.

Front desk staff was rude. Poor customer service. No wifi as stated. Concern was brought to staff attention and I was brushed off n concern was never addressed. Upon check out.
