I will not stay here again.

Sugar coated Cheerios, sugar coated muffins, at the bottom of the coffee cup it looked like the grounds were strained through a window screen. There was a new small pillow on the window sill that looked like someone threw up on it and left it there. The shower wall looked like someone tried to go threw it. The two soap dishes were broken off and there was a 4' crack in the tile surround that obviously broke the tile backer. Even after complaining about the cleanliness of the room and the issues with the room they only addresses the items I quoted instead of doing a thorough cleaning. They refused to give me a different room, not sure they'd be any better. The room looked like someone had a bar fight in it.

Help not very friendly. At 7:30 we ran out of coffee and the guy at the front desk. Did not know how to make coffee had to wait till 9 o’clock to get coffee. Breakfast was lousy. Only thing they had were waffles and muffins you need some kind of fruit to go with breakfast if that’s all you going to serve. My room didn’t have a rod in the closet to hang my clothes.

Combative about checking me in because my middle initial was absent from my card. The room was horrible, inconsistent a/c and the bedding had stains. The key reader on the side entrance door was broken. The best thing about this was when it was time to leave and check out.

It was an okay hotel, had breakfast, cold ac, and was quiet. However my only complaint is the room and hallways reeked of cigarette smell and was nauseating. The staff is nice and friendly. The hotel was close to shopping and food places like Walmart which is convenient :)

The lobby, corridor and room was smelly. I noticed a 1.5 inch cockroach in the bedroom but didn't alert my wife as she may get scared and ask me to go to another hotel late that night. and my wife noticed a small roach in the bathroom this morning. We reported it to the guy at the counter. His response they have exterminator visit couple of days ago.

Staff was extremely rude and harassing. Calling after I already overpaid for the room with how dirty it was. Calling repeatedly after I paid an early check in fee or $40 for me to return the trolly I used for my luggage. I put it outside my room and they still insisted that I had to bring it all the way back downstairs as if that is my job duty instead of theirs. Not to mention how bad it smelt of cigarette smoke and the loud doors slamming at all hours. No pool. Breakfast was BARE MINIMUM! Do not stay here, you’re welcome.

Not too bad, they try their best? At check-in the manager said no smoking allowed in the room, but the room stank of cigarette smoke, and I do NOT smoke so that was unpleasant. Was also given a room that was already occupied; maybe the manager was tired? So I had to go back downstairs to explain this unpleasant experience but they did not believe me so the manager sent Security to the room to check. Of course, I was correct but NO apology was issued, very strange. If you’re needing to book a hotel last minute this will do in a bind; cannot recommend beyond those circumstances.

Upon entering, the person was not very friendly. The bathroom was so dirty—hair in the sink and in the bathtub—they hadn’t cleaned the room. There were cockroaches. I’m not going back to that hotel. There was a musty smell upon entering. Simply a bad experience.
