I paid extra to arrive early to the property. I am informed the host that I was having a birthday party for my girlfriend and I needed everything done ahead of time. The backyard looked alike a while safari I couldn’t even make all my preparations and continue my day regards to me paying early for check-in because the house was not the same house in the photographs that are listed online & the house had a order the host tried to accommodate tho for sure but it all should have been done before hand

We enjoyed our stay overall although we had some issues, which Victoria address the main issues while we were there but the overall cleanliness was mediocre at best and there are ALOT of maintenance issues that really need addressed. Some of the issues we had with this stay were the fact that we were not provided with any rules or lock codes or anything prior to check in until I emailed Victoria and asked, nor did we get any departure/checkout procedures without asking. Trash was put in recycle bins so therefore wasn’t picked up by trash. Couldn’t utilize Pool table bc cues didn’t have tips and we had to provide chalk. Back door didn’t open well at all and was clawed by an animal, as well as floor boards. There were: No cookie sheets, No mixing bowls, No dishwasher pods initially, 1 roll of paper towels, minimal toilet paper, no dryer sheets, no extra trash bags, 1 dish towel, can opener didn’t work. Although was refunded, hot tub didn’t work and was told cost was 65 but was posted on wall as 60, pool lights didn’t work, thermostat didn’t keep temperature. Amongst other things, list is far too long to put everything. The biggest thing for us was that we were looking for a single level and assumed this listing was bc it didn’t mention stairs nor did the pictures indicate such. The listing is no where close to what we walked into and it was by far not worth the money we paid. We have stayed in much nicer VRBOs for far less cheaper and have never paid extra to use hot tub.
