It is a great property and great staff. I have noticed in the past lots of homeless in the parking lot, and in and out of the hotel, but it was much better this stay.

We reserved a suite and it worked out perfectly. I like to have separation from where I’m sleeping and just winding down. It was very clean and I appreciated the spaciousness. I do wish the hotels came with standard hand held shower heads. It’s just nicer cleansing in my opinion. Beware, there is ALOT of construction going on in the area, have your maps ready to go before leaving the lot. The hotel is located close to Krogers and shopping.

I rented a mobility accessible room at this Holiday Inn Express for my 65 year old disabled ex wife who had just been discharged after staying more than a week in medical facilities. My ex has Parkinson’s Disease with severe complications. During her stay at Holiday Inn, my ex had stopped responding to phone calls, text messages, and knocks on her Holiday Inn door as initiated by our son and my ex’s assistant. So, our son identified himself to the Holiday Inn and requested access to the room after explaining that his mother (my ex) was ill and was not responding. Holiday Inn REFUSED to open the door so our son could see if his ailing and non responsive mother inside was ok. I had RESERVED and PAID FOR for the room but I was out of town so, over the phone, I pleaded with the Holiday Inn to let our son gain access to check on his mother … it could have been a matter of life or death … a heart attack, seizure, or stroke … but Holiday Inn WOULD NOT allow access to the room until paramedics arrived. After the paramedics arrived, Holiday Inn FINALLY let someone into the room. My ex was found ON THE FLOOR in a delirious state and she couldn’t get up. The paramedics got my ex up off the floor and treated her. My ex might have died due to the Holiday Inn’s delay in allowing room access. In my opinion, Holiday Inn’s policy is dangerous and I suspect their training program is inadequate.

over all a great stay location was convenient but packed there was a accident outside of the hotel so it was a little noisier the i would have preferred but that was unproventable my main issue was that i request the two rooms i paid for to be as close together as possible and instead they were on opposite sides of the hotel and during the night we could hear the people above us even when all they would be doing was walking we could hear every step they took woke up a few times to neighboring rooms slamming doors hard enough it would shake our head board but the staff was great, the breakfast was nice, and it was as comfortable as it could be with inconsiderate neighbors
