When we arrived we were given a single bed suite when I booked a double bed suite on the first floor. The lady was adamant I was wrong until I showed her my online receipt. Then they didn’t have a suite so I got a regular double bed room on the 2nd floor. Room was nice, breakfast was nice but I really needed the suite.

Great, polite & helpful checking staff. Upgraded to a better room in quiet spot. Room was very clean and well laid out. Comfortable bedding, great blackout shades, lots of lighting options as well as places to charge a variety of phone or other items. The hotel was very clean in the lobby, kitchen area, elevator & hallways also. The breakfast menu had a variety of diet options for low carb eaters (like us) as well as others (hard boiled eggs AND scrambled eggs!) plus a couple of meat options, cereal and a couple of other items. Will definitely plan to stay again when we visit local family there again!

The room was fine, and clean. The breakfast needs improvement, as it was not up to par on the level of other Holiday Inn Express properties. Eggs had lots of clumps, sausage was barely warm, orange “juice” tasted like barely flavored orange water.
