The hotel was very convenient to DFW airport. Shuttle was great! The staff were friendly and so nice! Room was clean, and beds were very comfortable. There was a restaurant in the hotel and several others within walking distance. I will definitely use this hotel again when stopping over night from the DFW airport.

The girl who checked us in was great. The manager Latoya was rude to the other employee it is obvious there is some bad blood between the two but ironically the employee handled the disrespect from her manager well. The hot water was also not working half the time.

The stay was good, the check in took longer because there wasn't anyone at the desk for 10 mins. The room did not get cleaned while we were gone and the snacks and drinks did not get replenished, only one bed got made and one trash taken out. The hotel staff were nice and the breakfast was good.
