The stay was good, the check in took longer because there wasn't anyone at the desk for 10 mins. The room did not get cleaned while we were gone and the snacks and drinks did not get replenished, only one bed got made and one trash taken out. The hotel staff were nice and the breakfast was good.

Even though our rooms were a bit dated, they were spotlessly clean. We stayed for four nights for a wedding and to enjoy a gGapevine Christmas which did not disappoint. The hotel was super convenient to everything and the customer service at the hotel was excellent. The front desk staff were all super helpful and the shuttle provided made everything so convenient. The breakfast was great for the price, especially once we learned you could order other things from the kitchen. All the servers were very kind and attentive. We would definitely stay again if we return to Grapevine!
