I don’t know about the other reviews, but I truly enjoyed my stay. No they don’t have breakfast yet because they’re under construction, but they were very kind. They were very attentive and they were very efficient and I will definitely be staying again.

I actually never made it to hotel my experience with reception and shuttle was so poor that I booked a different hotel. I stood outside in 30 degree weather for 2 hours waiting for shuttle. I did call 5 times, twice I was hung up on by reception and other times I was told I was in wrong spot (though I was coutersy vans and saw other hotel shuttles) and was told driver on his way. I was there SO long, other hotel shuttle drivers got out to ask me if I was ok,

Our flight was cancelled, so we were fortunate enough to get this room while others struggled to find a place. That is the only reason we stayed here. We did not feel welcomed by staff. In fact, we felt like we were an annoyance. First off, the toilet was not cleaned. It had TP in it and yellow urine stains on the rim. Of course that made me question the cleanliness of anything else in the room. “Breakfast” was a joke. There were 2 yogurts, old soft apples, bread, Tang (for those who remember that), and watery waffle batter that didn’t rise and cook well. As we were leaving to checkout, the person at the reception desk just pointed to the counter to drop the key off, he was to occupied in his personal conversation to communicate with us in anyway. BUT…we had a room for the night and for that I’m thankful.

My room was dirty. There were pubic hairs on the bathroom sink and toilet. Like someone used a dirty rag to clean them. There was NO ICE machine anywhere in the hotel. I was told there were ice cube trays in the freezer in the room. There were none, I had to go buy some. Cockroaches were everywhere. I went and bought my own spray. This hotel specifically advertises a hot breakfast. When I asked where breakfast was, the man told me that was it. A few pieces of bread were on a table, and there was no coffee, NOTHING. They made no offer of explaining to me why there was nothing at this hotel that was advertised. I was very dissappointed in the managerial staff. I will not book another room at this facility. The hotel needs new management and they need to take off their brochures and advertisements, the things that are not really available to us. Do not book reservations at this hotel!
