O my god ! Very impressive with this hotel is new I had a wonderful night sleep. Great Customer Service plus they had a shuttle to take me to the airport in the morning. Complementary. Our room was modern and clean and staff was pleasant. While there was a glitch in the system with the room key staff worked diligently to correct the issue and get us settled. The hotel was wonderful, service excellent. My only complaint was the shuttle bus did not have a runner board to step up and down on when entering and exiting the shuttle. I twisted my knee getting out because the drop to the concrete was too far for my legs.

Brand new hotel. Super clean and staff was friendly. The only negative is that the designer went with all hard surfaces in both the hallways and rooms. While this looks super nice, it means that sounds carry from hallways under doors into bedrooms and we could hear all the steps the person in the room above us made at night and the hallway sounds carry right in. Some rugs or something might help.

I actually didn’t have a chance to stay at the hotel. I was caught up in the weather cancellations in Dallas and when the last flight of the night was cancelled I booked 3 rooms for me and my coworkers. However we found another flight to a nearby city and drove to our destination. I contacted the hotel the next day and they refunded our rooms due to the circumstances even though the reservations we non refundable. This was really appreciated. I have stayed at a Cambria in other cities and they are great hotels. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful from the lobby/bar area , to the spacious gym, and incredible comfortable room that feels like home away from home. The staff goes above and beyond to make your experience something you never forget. From Scott the driver taking you to and from the airport while being patient directing you towards the shuttle during busy airport hours . Elizabeth and Cyndia mandating the desk being of services anytime with a friendly warming smile and considering your every need . Shout out to these ladies they went out their way to give service that was beyond exceptional. To Matt cheffing up a delicious breakfast to start my day and adjusting to my diet. This staff went above and beyond working together to create an ever lasting bond I will not forget . Thank you again and please let them know my new friend and I made it!!! So you all will be seeing us soon !!

I checked into the hotel around 1 AM on January 26 and checked out at about 8 AM on the same day, having stayed for the night of January 25, during which a significant snowstorm affected much of the U.S. (my flight was canceled, very chaotic). The hotel is new and appeared to be well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and facilities. However, what truly stood out during my stay was the exceptional service provided by the reception clerk, whose name I unfortunately do not know. As a foreigner without a working Uber account, I asked him to help me book a taxi for my 8 AM departure to Dallas Airport. When I arrived at the front desk at 8 AM, he informed me that he had booked an Uber for me. He explained that the previous guest had attempted to book a taxi but experienced issues with reliability, so he opted for Uber instead. We both assumed I could pay the driver with a card (as I have no cash with me) instead of charge his Uber credit card, but when the driver informed me that it was not doable, the clerk quickly said, “Forget it… just go,” and kindly covered the fare for me. This gesture truly exemplifies outstanding customer service, and I am incredibly grateful for his kindness and support during my stay. Thank you for making my experience so memorable!
