My room smelled like smoke and the sheet had mold on it and my door didn't lock at all. I reported it and nothing was done about it. I wished I could have gotten my money back. Never again will I stay there

I go here all the time and for the first time the staff attitude and communication was terrible. At check in I could not get in the door but was required to stand with my ear to a small hole in the plexiglass. The woman had a small child in the office but refused to come to the window and was talking very fast and was far away. I finally understood what she said but she was very angry I couldn't understand jibberish from 80 feet away. She said come back on 15 mins. So I stood outside in the parking lot for 15 mins to return. She came outside before I could go in and she waved me off with her hand and yelled I said 15 mins so I walked around the entire hotel before coming back and was not allowed inside the office. I spoke to a stranger who was allowed to go inside. He later spoke and asked for my driver's license and could her her complaining to someone on the phone about me. It was around 740pm I then got in the room to find 3 towels available I went back to the office in the morning and was told I couldn't have any towels because laundry didn't come till 1030am

My stay was great until I meet the woman manager. She came to me yelling and I said ma'ma were both adults please stop yelling. She proceeded to say this is how she talk. After that she wanted the other manager to tell me i have to leave and not come back. I asked them what is going on and to me finding out she wanted me to put my kids thats 19 and 18 as kids but i said I cant because the kid stops at 17 years old so I paid for 3 adults and 1 child. I was upset and I will not book with them ever again
