Pros: The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. The multi-talented bellhop was excellent, acting as an essential translator and problem-solver.
Cons: English proficiency is extremely limited among the rest of the staff. Additionally, the hotel has some safety and hygiene issues. As senior travelers, we found the bathtub in our original large room dangerously high and slippery, and the window shade was moldy. Because no equivalent rooms were available, we had to downgrade to a smaller room with a stand-up shower. Lastly, the hotel provides recycled terry-cloth slippers instead of disposable ones. Reusing this type of material is a major sanitary concern, as it can easily breed fungus.
