Located in a quiet neighborhood near An Thuong and My Khe Beach, the villa offers a comfortable place to stay together while giving everyone their own space to relax. Restaurants, local cafés, convenience stores, and the beach are all within walking distance.

## What You'll Love About the Villa
Six Private Bedrooms
The villa has six bedrooms across the second, third, and fourth floors, with two bedrooms on each floor. Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, air conditioning, and comfortable King or Queen-size bed with a memory-foam topper.

Three bedrooms have private balconies, while the other three have windows for natural light. Each room also includes a desk or tea table, making the villa suitable for both short holidays and longer stays.

Living Room & Fully Equipped Kitchen**

The ground floor features an air-conditioned living room with a large sofa, Smart TV with Netflix, foosball, chess, and board games.

The kitchen has everything needed to prepare meals at home, including an induction stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, and tableware. A dining area provides space to enjoy meals together.

**Rooftop BBQ & Outdoor Dining**

On the fifth floor, you'll find a private rooftop terrace with a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, greenery, and views of the city and Son Tra Mountains.
