The location listed on the map did not match the real address which caused frustration as we needed something closer this the actual location. Booked for three nights, stayed for one and left.

Horrible service I have never encountered in my li

Owner was unprofessional and rude. The allowed check in time is 2PM and we checked in around 8:30PM which they had a lot of time to prepare for the rooms. However, electric for one of the room did not work and we notified them. They tried to fix it couple times and it didn’t work; therefore, we politely asked for a different room. The owner raised his voice and said we can leave the hotel if we want. I have never encountered a worst unprofessional business owner like this one in my life. His daughter accepted it was their fault and apologized to us. The father should learn from his daughter her professional customer service.
