"Had to book a room post flight being cancelled at 11:45pm, caught shuttle service at 12:10 on their last lap, driver was polite and front desk cheery and gave out water bottles. Morning breakfast was decent and snagging shuttle back for my flight was smooth. Room was clean and updated shower made for a great experience."

"This hotel was AMAZING!! The staff went above and beyond to help it's guests. The hotel ambassador gentleman was the BEST. We were their during the heat wave of July 4th. He noticed I was overheated when I walked in and asked how I was feeling. When I said not so good he offered to let me cool down in a walk in cooler. It really helped and saved me from getting sick. The check in staff, looked to find us a different room so I could go lay down and rest when our original room wasn't ready yet. They were AMAZING"

"Overall the hotel clean and well care of. At the check in process I was advised that the room I requested was not available. I had requested 2 queen beds, all that was available was a king. I had reserved a room that included their M Club. The next morning I attempted to enter the breakfast area and was advised that my room was not on the list. I would recommend the hotel just make sure to confirm What you had reserved. "
