The staff is amazing. I would have given this hotel 5 stars except that there wasn't any microwave in the room. I would expect a hotel within the Hilton network to always have a microwave. Disappointed.

Having a microwave in some rooms as an option would be great. Staying on 4th floor is best if you’re easily disturbed by people walking above you. Doesn’t seem to be adequate noise proof between floors.

Room ok. Clean. But not to the standards of the Hampton's I've been to. Choose Hampton for 1 reason only: Consistency. That, unfortunately wasn't achieved. The worst part was the breakfast. Yes, you'll say "well it is free", but nothings free. It's worked in. Out of many items continuously, messes everywhere./ 1 staff member trying their hardest to stay afloat. Schedule two if your booked or get the manager in there to assist!

Room was clean, but pillows were too limp. The first night we had to wait 20 minutes to get into our room because the keys werent working. However, staff was very nice! Breakfast was best on Sunday. Overall, decent stay for the cost.

Great hotel! The complimentary breakfast options were actually really good compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Clean rooms-bathrooms could use a remodel honestly but other than that I have no complaints. We were greeted by a very kind woman the night we checked in and that made our stay so much more amazing. I’m not sure how this property has a 9.0 “Wonderful”. The rooms are outdated, carpet is gross. Shower (no tub) pan was cracked and shower doors needed a good cleaning. If this is now Hilton standards, we’ll pass.
