Store extra beds
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Lock the doors and return the keys
No need to do laundry of linens and towels. Do not strip beds. We will take care of them.
Divina will instruct you where to leave the keys.
Garbage cans(side of house)+2 big cans(no wheels) on balcony by pool. Take out Sunday night wt recycling can to street by mailbox. Thrash pick up is on Mondays at 7 AM. Place all thrash in bags.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was absolutely beautiful, with beautiful views. It was very welcoming and the host and her assistant was always responding to any questions I had. The only thing I will say is, 2 days wasn't enough, lol. Great lil Mother's Day getaway.

We used our stay to host a small wedding. The property was amazing! It comfortably supported 25 people for the event which included a sit down dinner. Every single guest raved about how wonderful the property was. Our host, Divina, was amazing. She was extremely accomodating and attentive before and during our stay. We will definitely make a return visit!

Great Beach Experience

We enjoyed the many amenities offered. From the beach chairs and umbrella, the upper balcony to watch the sunrise, the hammocks and rocking chairs to hang with family to the pool to dip in when it got hot, all of it was amazing!
