"They charged me £5 to park and stated very openly that this was to recover the commission they had to pay to Hotels.com for the booking. I said I wouldn't have known they existed without the site and so it was revenue earned not commission lost - but no.
Damaged shower was not good - couldn't control the 'fixed' shower head. Worst was breakfast. It is £10 for breakfast - turns out they dont do breakfast. They give you a voucher and you have to go over to the motorway services for it - and your £10 gives you a set plate and drink. I didn't want a cooked breakfast but couldn't have cereal or toast or fruit or yogurt - it was the plate of set food or leave empty (no refunds allowed).
Really poor place, will certainly not be back."
