Cozumel is a diver’s paradise. Residencias Reef is just minutes from some of Cozumel’s best-known dive sites and there are four piers nearby that dive boats use for pick-up and drop-off. Ask your dive operator which pier they will use.

The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room areas give you plenty of room to entertain or step out on the veranda to enjoy the garden and ocean views. The rooftop patio features a soaking tub, lounges chairs to sunbathe, and best of all, an amazing view.

This is a non-smoking property. Mini-split air-conditioning units will keep you cool throughout the condo and WiFi is included with your rental. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and is ready for you to start cooking. The three other bedrooms on the main floor all have private bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is on the rooftop and opens to the patio. It has two twin beds and a private bathroom.
